RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 Kindly note all purchases made through MISSFIFY are final and there NO RETURN / REFUND EXCEPT for defect item.

- Return within 7 days from the date of purchased item(s)
Example; If you received the product(s) on 1st Jan, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse before 8th Jan (exclude off-day and public holidays)

Condition

-Item returned in new and original product packaging, Missfify tag still attached, and/or unwashed.

-Missfify reserves the right to reject requests for return/exchange where, any defect caused by customers, not from us or exchange due to change of mind and/or dislike the design(s) or color(s).

-Exchange of design(s) and color(s) is strictly NOT allowed.

-Item exchangeable subject to stock availability.

Postage Fee

- The return postage fee will be borne by customer (unless the fault from our side)
West Malaysia RM10 / Sabah Sarawak RM20 / International (subject to current postage fee).

REMINDER

-Once you send back your item, we assume you agrees to our return or exchange policy.

-This policy is granted strictly for ONE time only.

-The policy applies to all purchases made through online, whatsapp, walk-in or through our dropship(s).

-Missfify will not take responsibilities for any purchase made through non-registered Dropship(s), other than our official social medias (Bymissfifyhq - Shopee / Tiktok / Instagram) and/or other than our official whatsapp.

-Missfify reserves the right for final decision.

-Missfify reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
