5. Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team) before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.
6. Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date on the official receipt with tags still attached.
7. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
8. Customers must notify the person in charge of any postages made.
– Kindly update the parcel movements to us (tracking number).
– Customers will be responsible to ensure the items are safely delivered.
– Postage costs for returns of defected goods will be borne by us. Please send us the receipt for processing.
– Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
9. Please contact our Customer Service Team at +603-4144 300 and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
10. Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine them, and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
11. Please note that the exchange of items is subject to stock availability. Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our return policy.
12. Items Are Not Allowed To Exchanged:
– Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
– Item that has been washed, altered and iron (Shorten / hemmed)
– Items that have stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc
– Item defected caused by customer
– Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
– Exceed 7 days from date of received item
– Item with no price tag or label
